An Administrative Assistance will support the relevant Bureaus at the Regional level and Departments at the Zonal level in implementing all administrative procedures outlined in this MoP, ensuring that the procedures and accounting systems comply with AFD requirements. The primary objective of the Administrative Assistance is to enhance the capacity of Regions and Zones to manage the PROCEED program effectively and to promote the integration of good management practices into the daily operations of the Bureaus and Departments. The administrative assistance is selected by the MoF through a tender and will be managed by the RTF with the support of the technical assistance.
