Pipeline Supervision
This page provides guidance for completing format MF4-F75 “Construction_supervision” regarding pipeline supervision.

| 1.1 | Supervisor has the filled format MF4-F73 “pipeline protection” |
| 1.2 | Trench is not backfilled on all the length, pipe is installed and layed on ground MF4-M71 §1.f |
| 1.3 | No rocks or sharp edges in the bottom of the trench section MF4-M71 §1.c |
| 1.4 | Pipes in the trench ar as per sketch map (PN,DN, length) MF4-M71 §1.f |
| V2 | Depth from top of pipe to the ground (at least every 100m, 60cm minimum) |
| 2.1 | 10 Measures has to be done - MF4-M71 §1.c |
| V3 | Special structures |
| 3.1 | Crossings construction is on going, contractor knows dimensions MF4-M71 §3 |
| 3.2 | If applicable air vent or breather installation is on going as per MF4-M71 §3 |
| 3.3 | If applicable in rocky area, drystone wall is built as per MF4-M71 §2.a |
| Supervisor has 1 mandatory validation visit. If one item is not validated correction measures must be agreed with contractor and another visit organized. After validation backfill can be done (except couplings & sensitive areas) |
